Gregg Hodges: President Mr. Hodges has spent the majority of his career in the Information Technology sector, predominately with Canada Trust where he became Director of I.T. He was responsible for all mission crtitical systems that directly interfaced with customers and helped establish CT as the technology leader of Canadian Financial Institutions.	Jason Barber: VP Sales and Marketing Mr. Barber brings more than 10 years of sales and marketing experience to Commonwealth RBS. After graduating from UWO, he held numerous positions at TD Canada Trust, from an award winning sales specialist to a people and product manager. His work in electronic channel management assisted TD Canada Trust in being a service delivery leader.

Edward Herr: Director Operations Mr. Herr started his career in the I.T. field at The University of Western Ontario Business School and has taken his entrepreneurial spirit to a number of technology companies. Mr. Herr joined Commonwealth RBS Inc. in July 2001, drawing from a varied background in the I.T. field of 14 years specializing in Network Topology and Graphic Design.	Troy Kunz: Director Technology Mr. Kunz graduated Fanshawe College in London Ontario Canada as a software engineer. Mr. Kunz has worked with Commonwealth RBS Inc. since 2002. Developing and researching software solutions that have a direct impact on the data retention and data recovery market. He currently teaches evening computer science classes at Fanshawe College London Campus.
