   What is QManager ?
 
By default after you login to IBackup, you will be taken to QManager, which is an extremely simple to use application to store, restore and share files and folders. Simply select the files or folders using the checkboxes provided and click on the desired operation on the toolbar.
 
   QManager Features
 
Using QManager you can create new folders, upload files, webload files from the internet, move, rename and delete files. You can also send shareable links to your friends and colleagues from QManager.
 
   How do I upload files from QManager ?
 
To upload files, click on ‘Upload’, select files from your computer using the Browse buttons and click on Upload/Webload.
 
   How do I webload files from QManager?
 
To webload files, click on ‘Upload’, enter the URLs of internet content (in the empty text fields provided) and click on Upload/Webload. You can simultaneously upload and webload into your account.
 
   How do I download Files from QManager ?
 
To download files,simply click on the file name and you will be asked to either save it to your computer or open it directly in the associated application like Microsoft Word in case of a Word document. To browse a folder, simply click on the folder name.
 
   How do I view Files from QManager ?
 
Files can be viewed by simply clicking on the filename,where you will be asked to either save it to your computer or open it directly. To view the file directly,you can choose to ‘open’ the file.
 
   How do I share files and folders from QManager ?

   How do I delete files in QManager ?
 
To delete files, check the files/folders and click on the option 'Delete'. By clicking on the 'Delete Files and Folders' button, the checked files/folders will be deleted.
 
   How do I move files around in QManager ?
 
To move files, check the files/folders to be moved and click on the option ‘Move’. Now select the target folder where you want to move your files/folders and then click on the Move button.
 
   How do I request a copy of my files on a CD ?
 
To burn a CD of the selected files, select the files/folders from Qmanager and click on the option ‘Burn CD’.
 
   How do I see thumbnails of the images stored in a folder ?
 
If you have GIF/JPG images in a folder, QManager automatically senses the presence of those images and displays an option to view the thumbnails of images in the folder. Just click on the Thumnails option to view the image thumbnails. You can click on these thumbnails to see full size images.
 
   How do I recalculate my used storage space?
 
You can recalculate your storage space used for most up-to-the-minute information by clicking on the 'Recalculate' icon in QManager.
