After you download and save the file IBackup.pqa on your computer, use the Palm's desktop utility Install Tool to add IBackup.pqa to the list of applications that will be installed during the next HotSync. Perform a HotSync with your Palm VII™ and IBackup will appear in the list of applications. You can tap on the IBackup icon and enter your IBackup username and password to access your files.

simply open this URL: http://www.ibackup.com/waplogin.wml. You can view files by simply tapping on the file link.
 
   How to do palm database backup?
 
Open 'Palm Desktop' from start menu, click on the items (address, to do
list etc.) and then choose the export option from file menu and export
the files to the IBackup's mapped drive using IBDrive. You may then import them back anytime to restore the Palm database.
