   How do I change my e-mail address ?
 
Login to your account through the browser, go to 'My IBackup' section, and enter your new e-mail address in the field and click on 'change profile'.
 
   How do I purchase more storage space ?
 
If you are already a subscribed member and you need more space and wish to upgrade your account:

1. Login to IBackup using your username/password
2. After you login, Click on the My IBackup menu option on the web pages. You current profile will be displayed and you can upgrade to a different subscription plan from this page.

   How do I update my credit card information ?
 
Login to your account through a browser, go to 'My IBackup', click on 'change your credit card info', fill the necessary information and click on 'Update Card Information'.
 
   How do I cancel my subscription ?
 
IBackup is probably one of the very few web based services that allows for easy cancellation! In addition, if you have enrolled for a monthly plan, you even get a refund for the remainder of the month on a pro-rated basis. There are no refunds issued for an yearly subscription account. We are confident of our level of service and our product, and we have no hesitancy in posting cancellation procedures in the first segment of the FAQ.

To cancel your account, complete this Cancellation Form. You will receive an email with instructions to confirm cancellation of your account.

 
   How do I downgrade my account?
 


Login to your account through the browser, go to 'My IBackup' section and click on the link 'subscribe to IBackup or purchase additional space'. You can choose any storage plan that you can downgrade to.
